Job summary

Eurest, a leader in business and industry dining, seeks a results‑driven Director of Dining Services to lead front‑of‑house operations for our client’s food program. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a world‑class cafe experience, oversee financial stewardship, labor management, and cultivate a high‑performing team.

You will champion food safety and sustainable practices, align operations with client goals, and drive excellence across all cafe touchpoints in a dynamic work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in a high-volume cafe/restaurant/hospitality environment.
• Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety standards: enhance culture of food and workplace safety including allergen management and regulatory compliance.
• End-to-End Experience: own the overall cafe experience from atmosphere to service.
• Hospitality Excellence: maintain warm, inclusive hospitality for guests.
• Cultivate Talent: develop and engage a high-performing team.
• Fiscal Performance: manage budgets, inventory, and labor.
• Culinary Synergy: align back-of-house innovation with front-of-house service.
