• Order food, beverages, supplies, and other café products as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels, track product usage, and minimize waste, spoilage, and unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure products are properly stored, labeled, rotated, and handled in accordance with food safety requirements.
