Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Cafe Manager to oversee the Urban Air Café operations, guide the performance of Team Members, and ensure high standards in food preparation and service. This hands-on role focuses on kitchen and service areas, balancing speed with guest-friendly service.

You will train staff, manage inventory, schedules and hygiene, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with the General Manager to maintain safety and quality across daily operations in a busy family

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years F&B or quick-service/restaurant experience.
• 1-3 years management experience in hospitality.
• ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or willing to attain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper execution of all Café processes, systems and standards.
• Ensure all deliveries are received correctly and logged.
• Maintain inventory control, storage, and rotation to minimize waste.
• Manage the Café Team to meet the required standards.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and stay beyond when needed.
• Train Café staff in menu prep and FOH staff in drinks and ready-to-eat foods to high standards.
• Set a high standard for punctuality, attendance and attitude in the Café.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene with a regular deep-clean schedule.
• Keep the Café organized and accessible at all times.
• Handle guest concerns regarding the Café.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
