Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our cafe team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep operations running smoothly in New York. You will manage daily activities, inventory, scheduling, and drive sales while upholding our hospitality standards and company values.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of leadership experience in food service or retail, a passion for people and coffee, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: inspire, train, and support your team to deliver stellar service and unforgettable coffee experiences.
• Quality Control: manage daily cafe operations with high standards of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Service with Heart: cultivate hospitality, educate baristas on the mission and culture, build relationships with guests.
• Business Management: oversee inventory, scheduling, opening/closing, and financial reporting; develop strategies to drive growth.
