Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and unforgettable service to every cup. You will engage with customers, craft drinks, and uphold our hospitality standards in a fast-paced cafe environment.

As part of the La Colombe team, you’ll learn coffee craft and brand values while delivering consistent quality. This role offers ongoing training, a welcoming culture, and opportunities to grow within the cafe network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is a plus but training is provided.
• One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, Cleanliness.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the cafe, engage with customers, take orders and serve with connection.
• Create drinks with consistency, quality and style with training provided.
• Own your station and shift, stay energetic and respectful of teammates.
• Keep the space clean and well organized; contribute to a positive environment.
• Support teammates, jump in where needed, and continuously seek improvements.
