Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but we\'ll train you!)
• Emphasizes One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, Cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

Responsibilities

• Inspire, train, and support your team to deliver stellar service and unforgettable coffee experiences
• Turn first-time guests into loyal regulars with warm hospitality and detail
• Contribute ideas to improve the menu and promote employee engagement
• Oversee inventory operations, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage opening/closing procedures, financial reporting
• Develop and maintain a weekly schedule with Cafe Manager support to deploy baristas effectively
