Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Café Training & Operations Lead in New York to drive consistency and operational excellence across the café network. You will own training materials, SOPs, and field-facing tools, partnering with Innovation/R&D and Field Leadership to validate new processes before rollout.

You will manage SAP-based purchasing workflows, including requisitions and invoices, and work to improve efficiency and adoption of new products and standards across cafés nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in training content development, SOPs, and field resources.
• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable training tools.
• Strong collaboration with field leadership and R&D for practical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials and resources for café teams and field leaders.
• Translate standards and product knowledge into practical training tools.
• Partner with Field Leadership and Coffee Trainers to address capability gaps and support barista development.
• Support tiered Barista training, including skills, resources, assessments, and progression.
• Maintain training materials library and ensure alignment with priorities and changes.
• Collaborate to test and implement new products, equipment, processes, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve consistency.
• Provide field-ready documentation and training resources.
