Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Cafe Training & Operations Lead to drive training content development, field capability, and operational excellence across cafes in the New York area. You will partner with Field Leadership, Coffee Trainers, and R&D to test, validate, and roll out new processes, SOPs, and resources in support of cafe teams.

The role also manages SAP-based purchasing workflows, including requisitions, purchase orders, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate documentation and adoption of changes

Qualifications

• Experience developing training materials and field resources.
• Ability to translate standards into practical training tools.
• Experience partnering with field leadership and trainers.
• Strong SAP familiarity for purchasing and invoicing.
• Ability to improve operational processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials for cafe teams and leaders.
• Translate product knowledge into clear, field-ready training tools.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership and Coffee Trainers to close capability gaps.
