Restaurant Associates seeks a Café Manager to oversee the cafe operations, ensuring adherence to client culture, health regulations, and RA standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation. You will manage daily admin tasks, finances, sanitation, and safety while guiding and developing staff to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and strong communication with the client to sustain exceptional service in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a like volume and quality food service establishment.
• Possesses general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability.
• Has the ability to operate Web-based ordering systems, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates, and client profiles.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Possesses the ability to meet sector-unit specific uniform standards for this position.

Responsabilités

• Meet payroll, service, accounts receivables, human resources, and all other timelines given by client and management.
• Lead staff hiring, training, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Ensure high quality food items are prepared and presented to standard, within budget and sustainability Guidelines.
• Maintain Health Department compliance and safety procedures.
