Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a like volume and quality food service establishment.
• Possesses general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• Has the ability to operate Web-based ordering systems, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates, and client profiles,

Responsibilities

• Oversee café operations ensuring adherence to client culture, health regulations and RA standards.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; ensure uniforms and guidelines are followed.
• Manage food programs, pricing, sustainability, and display/catering setup to meet standards.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and clients; respond to feedback within 24 hours.
