SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring a General Manager for Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. You will lead daily operations, develop talent, and drive strong financial results while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Experience managing fast-casual or multi-unit restaurant teams.
