SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations, focusing on guest experience and operational excellence. You will drive daily operations, develop talent, and ensure strong financial results across the team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Competitive salary with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
