Tropical Smoothie Café in the United States is seeking a Café General Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver outstanding hospitality. You will monitor sales, control costs, and ensure brand standards while driving local marketing efforts and community engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of QSR experience, strong leadership, and a passion for healthy, great-tasting food and smoothies. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years QSR experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front and back of house.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
