Compass Group USA is seeking a cafe operations supervisor to oversee daily food service activities and staff. You will hire, train, and coach associates, plan events, ensure sanitation, and manage budgets to improve overall performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in food service, with strong cash handling and MS Office skills. Familiarity with ServSafe certification is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in food service operations.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred.

Responsabilités
