Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure guest satisfaction at the venue. The role focuses on supervising shift coverage, maintaining service standards, and coordinating breaks within a fast-paced environment.

The position involves cash handling, basic math for transactions, and ensuring compliance with gaming and franchise agreements. This on-site role requires strong leadership and guest-service focus to support seamless operations and memorable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant/casino environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume food court, casual, buffet, or nightclub settings preferred.
• Must obtain a valid gaming license from State Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Office annually.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash/credit transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shift coverage and coordinates breaks for team members.
• Maintains a clean, presentable work area and ensures stock and service readiness.
• Complies with departmental food and franchise contractual agreements.
• Conducts end-of-shift reports for cashiers on shift.
• Troubleshoots POS systems, facilities, and equipment and coordinates with support teams.
• Provides ongoing supervision and mentoring to team members.
• Maintains high level of guest service and positive team environment.
• Communicates clearly with team, management, and guests in a respectful, professional manner.
