You will uphold food safety, assist with merchandising, operate POS, and support store operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in fast-paced guest-facing retail or service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, describe items, and upsell products.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcohol and coffee.
• Maintain safe food handling and storage practices.
• Clean and sanitize prep tools and surfaces.
• Keep service, seating, and prep areas clean and stocked.
• Operate POS systems accurately.
• Stock inventory and manage supplies for cafe operations.
• Support showroom visuals and merchandising in cafe areas.
• Drive sales by meeting KPI targets and collaborating with leadership.
