Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Café Specialist in Oklahoma City to deliver a high-quality guest experience through food and beverage service while maintaining a clean, safe café area. You will support showroom operations by upholding merchandising standards and assisting with store needs.

The role focuses on achieving SPH and KPI targets while ensuring guest satisfaction and sales readiness. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a fast-paced guest-facing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years in fast-paced guest-facing retail environment or related customer service role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and upsell products.
Prepare and serve food/beverages, including basic prep and beverage service.
Maintain safe food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Stock supplies, assist with inventory, and support cafe and store operations.
Support visual merchandising to keep the space organized and sales-ready.
Contribute to sales performance by achieving KPIs and guest satisfaction targets.
