Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Café Specialist to deliver a high-quality guest experience through food and beverage preparation and service. You will support showroom operations by upholding Visual Merchandising standards and contribute to sales performance with a focus on SPH and KPI targets.

The role includes handling POS transactions, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe cafe area. The position requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced retail environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in fast-paced, guest-facing retail environment or related customer service field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Beverage Certification as designated by state and local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and suggest products.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcohol, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks to guest specifications.
• Maintain food storage, rotation, and handling per safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize all tools, equipment and surfaces before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of service, seating and food prep areas; address spills promptly.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately.
• Stock food, merchandise and supplies; manage inventory levels.
• Promote a positive guest-focused environment aligned with brand standards.
