Living Spaces is hiring a Café Specialist in Oklahoma City to deliver high-quality guest experiences through food and beverage preparation and service, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll support showroom operations by maintaining visual merchandising, and collaborate with the sales team to meet SPH and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to brand standards to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in fast-paced guest-facing retail or related customer service.
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Beverage Certification as designated by state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, describe menu items and suggest products.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including basic prep and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain food storage, rotation, and safety practices.
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces before/after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas; address spills.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately.
• Stock inventory and assist with product preparation as needed.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs and guest satisfaction.
