Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Café Specialist to deliver a high-quality guest experience through food and beverage service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist with showroom operations, uphold visual merchandising standards, and engage guests using our engagement model to boost sales and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience in customer service or interactive retail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1–2 years experience in a fast paced, high traffic, guest facing retail environment or related customer service field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, describe menu items and suggest products.
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcohol, coffee, and non‑alcoholic drinks per guest specifications.
Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and handling practices to prevent spoilage and ensure safety.
Clean and sanitize food prep tools, equipment, and surfaces before and after use.
Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately.
Stock food, merchandise, and supplies; manage inventory levels to support café operations.
Promote a positive, guest‑focused environment aligned with brand standards.
Drive sales by meeting SPH and KPI targets and collaborating with leadership.
