Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Café Specialist to deliver an outstanding guest experience through food and beverage service, while keeping a clean, compliant cafe environment. You will support showroom operations by upholding visual merchandising standards and engaging with guests using the Living Spaces engagement model.

Success is measured by SPH, KPIs, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing drinks and basic food prep, operating POS, stocking, and assisting with store

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-facing retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and suggest products.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages including alcohol and coffee.
• Keep food areas clean and comply with health & safety standards.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately.
• Support stock, inventory, and store operations as needed.
• Drive sales by meeting KPI targets and delivering great guest experiences.
