Job summary

Eurest USA in Pryor, OK is seeking a results-driven Director of Dining Services to lead front-of-house operations for our client's food program. You will oversee the holistic café experience, drive financial stewardship, labor management, and a high-performance team culture to deliver world-class service.

This role requires collaboration with culinary leadership, a commitment to safety and allergen controls, and a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management in a high-volume café, restaurant, hotel, or stadium environment.
• Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety Standards: Strategically enhance and enforce a culture of food and workplace safety, including allergen management and health regulation compliance.
• End-to-End Experience: Design, manage, and own the overall café experience reflecting excellence.
• Hospitality Excellence: Maintain warm, inclusive hospitality that actively engages guests.
• Cultivate Talent: Develop your team with continuous learning and high engagement.
• Fiscal Performance: Own financials, inventory control, and labor management.
• Culinary Synergy: Work with culinary leaders to align back-of-house innovation with front-of-house service.
