Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group division, is seeking a results-driven Director of Dining Services to lead the client’s café program. This role oversees front-of-house operations, financial stewardship, labor management, and a high-performance team to deliver world-class food service in corporate dining environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, hotel, or stadium environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
• Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• ServSafe Manager Certification is preferred.
• Experience navigating in a Union Environment is a plus.
