The ideal candidate has café management experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of implementing new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Experience with retail, catering trends and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handles all aspects of staff management.
• Manages budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintains knowledge of market trends.
• Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).
• Purchases and manages inventory.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as the direct liaison with the client.
