Life Time is seeking an Assistant Café Leader to support the Café Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading daily operations in a fast‑casual café environment.

You will coach and develop team members, manage labor and costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards across shifts. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leadership in a fast‑casual or café setting.
• ServSafe Manager certification and CPR/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day café operations with focus on hospitality, service standards, and shift execution.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with Café Leader to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members to build a service‑focused culture.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards on every shift.
