Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an Assistant Café Leader to support café operations and lead a high-performing team. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and contribute to labor, cost, and inventory controls while maintaining food safety and brand quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fast-casual or café leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality in a guest-centric environment. CPR/AED is a plus; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast-casual or café setting.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• ServSafe Manager certification is required or in progress.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day café operations with a focus on hospitality and shift execution.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with Café Leader to manage labor, costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards on every shift.
