Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Assistant Café Leader to support the Café Leader in delivering outstanding guest experiences, guiding daily operations, and growing a high-performing team. You will uphold Life Time's hospitality standards, coach staff, and drive service excellence across shifts.

You will collaborate on labor and cost controls, reinforce food safety, and contribute to a positive café culture while supporting business goals and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast-casual or café setting.
• ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent.
• ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent (if applicable).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day café operations with hospitality and shift execution.
• Coach, train, and motivate team to deliver guest experiences.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team.
• Ensure food safety and Life Time brand standards.
