Paris Baguette in Moonachie, NJ is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives for café and corporate teams. You will design engaging materials, manage corporate compliance training, and support onboarding efforts while aligning with brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong writing, program design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site in New Jersey and involves travel to cafes as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience building training programs across multiple environments (retail and corporate).
• Ability to create engaging learning materials and tools.
• Experience with evaluating training effectiveness and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Build complete training programs from provided direction, including guides, workbooks, job aids, and interactive learning tools.
• Create training content for café and corporate teams, aligned with brand/operational standards.
• Develop and manage corporate compliance training, including course assignments, tracking, and reporting.
• Support the Director of Training & Development with project execution, resource creation, and training rollouts.
• Build structured training plans for new corporate hires with hiring managers to identify onboarding needs.
• Coordinate in-café training for corporate hires when applicable.
• Facilitate Day One corporate orientation sessions.
• Produce training videos and supplemental learning tools as needed.
• Design evaluation tools (quizzes, surveys, feedback forms) to assess training effectiveness and summarize results.
• Visit cafes to observe operations and ensure materials address real-world challenges.
• Serve as primary contact for training reporting (LMS completions, evaluations, metrics).
• Other duties may be assigned.
