Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required.
• At least 2 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years Retail Bank Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate the guest experience with a focus on human connection over sales quotas.
• Lead through behavioral coaching and real-time feedback to develop the team.
• Maintain Capital One brand and a pristine, welcoming Café environment.
• Oversee operations with a franchise‑owner mindset emphasizing security and compliance.
