Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Café Coach to lead a team of Café Ambassadors at Scottsdale Fashion Square. You’ll drive guest experience on the floor, coach through behavioral feedback, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment where every interaction matters.

As a leader with at least two years in customer-facing roles and one year in people management (or two years in retail banking), you’ll build a connected team, uphold brand standards, and partner with store operations to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years Retail Bank Experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach Café Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead through behavioral coaching with real-time feedback and support the team’s growth.
• Maintain Capital One brand standards and a pristine, safe on-floor environment.
• Oversee daily operations, protect customer privacy, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach and empower the team to handle situations with confidence and de-escalation when needed.
