Colectivo Coffee is seeking a Café Co-Worker to join our vibrant team in Chicago. You will create a warm, welcoming environment, deliver exceptional service, and help maintain a clean, efficient café space that reflects our brand values.

You will learn our products, standards, and training in a hands-on setting, while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction across full-time and part-time shifts.

• 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• A love for hospitality rooted in human connection.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.

Wage includes an average tip of $6.50 per hour. Tip amounts are not guaranteed. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service.
