Colectivo Coffee is seeking a Café Co-Worker to join our Chicago café team. You’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment customers love returning to.

This role blends hospitality with food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll learn our product standards and gain hands-on experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to quality. Flexible scheduling available for FT/PT.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• A love for hospitality rooted in human connection.

Salary Description

Wage includes an average tip of $6.50 per hour. Tip amounts are not guaranteed. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service.

Up to $23.50 per hour
