Daily Provisions is hiring a Cafe Chef for its Dupont Circle location in Washington, DC. You will lead the kitchen with a focus on consistency, quality, and hospitality, coaching BOH staff and upholding standards across all service channels.

Responsibilities include enforcing systems with FOH/BOH teams, managing inventory and costs, and training staff through station checks and tastings. A collaborative culture and career growth are emphasized.

Formación

• 3+ years of culinary/kitchen leadership in casual dining.
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge with guest-experience focus.
• Experience training Back of House team members.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Enlightened Hospitality culture to guests and team members.
• Collaborate with Front and Back of House to enforce systems and checklists.
• Maintain equipment and HACCP cleanliness per ServSafe standards.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for ordering, inventory, and product management.
• Own Back of House P&L: food cost, waste, labor, and inventory turns.
