Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary/kitchen leadership in casual dining
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge with guest-focused service
• Experience in training and developing Back of House teams
• Strong communication across teams; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead with excellence and hospitality standards across BOH operations
• Enforce systems, checklists, and routines to ensure quality
• Collaborate with Facilities and Supply Chain on equipment and inventory
• Own BOH P&L including food cost, waste, labor, and inventory turns
• Train team members, conduct station checks, and lead tastings and education
• Foster professional, accountable HR practices and policies
