Daily Provisions in Boston is seeking a Cafe Chef to lead BOH operations with a focus on excellence and hospitality. You will coach and develop team members, uphold systems, and drive quality across in-house dining, delivery, and catering channels.

The role requires 3+ years in culinary leadership, strong food and beverage knowledge, and experience training back-of-house staff. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in culinary/kitchen leadership and casual dining.
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge and proven passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations.
• Experience in training and developing Back of House Team members.
• Ability to communicate in a direct, respectful, and transparent manner across all teams.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members.
• Collaborate with Front of House and Back of House to enforce systems and checklists Daily Provisions style.
• Coordinate with Facilities to maintain equipment and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Partner with Supply Chain for ordering, inventory, and product management.
• Own Back of House P&L: food cost, waste, labor, and inventory control.
