Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations with a guest-first mindset. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure exceptional service across all shifts.

You’ll develop staff through hands-on training in coffee, tea, and beverage presentation, while collaborating with the General Manager to optimize profitability and store growth.
