Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of surveying-related experience.
• Proficiency with Carlson and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with MicroStation, GEOPAK/OpenRoads.
• A Surveying, CADD, or related degree may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Occasional field work ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate survey plats, maps, and drawings.
• Produce deliverables for boundary, as-built, topo, utility surveys, construction surveying.
• Process and analyze data collected by field survey crews.
• Prepare and maintain accurate CAD files and project documentation.
• Perform construction staking calculations.
• Ensure deliverables meet project specifications and agency requirements.
• Manage project scopes and schedules while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with field crews to clarify survey data and resolve discrepancies.
• Research courthouse and public records related to surveys.
