Job summary

Cardinal Civil Resources is seeking a meticulous CADD Tech to support boundary, topographic and house location surveys. You will perform data reduction, field note processing and staking computations using survey software and IntelliCAD, delivering accurate daily CADD output.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in a Civil Engineering setting, strong math/geometry knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with strong math, geometry and trigonometry knowledge.
Minimum 5 years of survey/Civil Engineering experience.
Knowledge of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required.
Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Valid driver's license with insurable record.
Background Check and Drug Testing Required.

Responsibilities

Daily CADD production for Boundary, Topographic and House Location Surveys.
Drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Primary use of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD; GIS as secondary tool.
Read plans and specifications and check data for accuracy.
Perform geometry and grading-related computations and verify measurement sources.
Maintain attention to detail and reliability; perform other duties as assigned.
