Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience.
• Degree may substitute two years of experience.
• Proficient with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation with GeoPak/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey plats and maps (boundary, as-built, topographic, utility route).
• Interact with agencies (FDOT, USACE, NAVFAC) to meet requirements.
• Perform project management tasks and courthouse research.
• Process data collected by survey crews and prepare CAD files.
• Perform construction staking calculations and occasional field work.
• Work with minimal supervision to complete demanding projects.
