Gpac is seeking a Survey CAD Designer in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves processing survey field data and preparing survey drawings, plats, and mapping for ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. You will ensure deadlines are met and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Civil 3D or Carlson, with an Associate's degree in CAD, Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying preferred. LSIT is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and/or Carlson.
• Ability to prepare survey drawings, research property information, and prepare platting and mapping.
• LSIT licensure is a bonus and preferred.
