Qualifications

• High school or technical training with CAD coursework.
• 10-15 years of survey experience.
• CADD experience required.
• Trimble Business Center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Team-oriented and flexible to changes in priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process field notes and data, analyze field data with survey crews.
• Use survey data to create plats, sketches, and exhibits including builder surveys.
• Create Survey Control Data Sheets, Control Index Sheets, and control sheets.
• Compute data points for construction layout.
• Understand Florida standards of practice for surveys.
• Write and check metes & bounds descriptions.
