Job summary

CESO is seeking a CAD Coordinator to support the CAD Manager by maintaining CAD standards, organizing resources, and delivering reliable CAD support across multiple design disciplines. This role focuses on standards integrity, file organization, and acting as the primary CAD helpdesk contact.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of CAD production experience in an AEC setting, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with Civil 3D and Revit.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Drafting/Engineering/Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years CAD production or support in an AEC environment required.
• Experience supporting multiple design disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, MEP).
• Autodesk ACU/ACP certification preferred; AutoCAD proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist CAD Manager in developing and enforcing CAD standards and workflows.
• Manage CAD resource libraries, templates, title blocks, and sheet sets.
• Perform CAD file audits for quality and compliance with standards.
• Enforce file naming, folder structures, and archiving practices across projects.
• Provide CAD helpdesk support, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with IT on workstation configurations and software deployments.
• Track CAD support requests and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Support project setup activities including sheet sets and reference files.
