Job summary

CESO, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a CAD Coordinator to support CAD standards, manage resources, and provide technical helpdesk assistance across multiple design disciplines in a 500+ employee firm.

You will help enforce sheet sets, templates, file naming, project setup, and coordinate with IT on deployments. AutoCAD and Civil 3D required; Revit or MicroStation a plus; Autodesk ACC/BIM 360 familiarity preferred. Hybrid schedule and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3–5 years CAD production or support in an AEC environment required.
• Experience supporting multiple design disciplines such as civil, structural, architectural, or MEP.
• AutoCAD proficiency; Civil 3D mandatory; Revit or MicroStation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce CAD standards, conventions, and production workflows.
• Manage CAD resources: templates, title blocks, CTB/STB, linetypes, tool palettes, block libraries, and sheet sets.
• Perform CAD file audits and quality control reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to enforce file naming conventions, folder structures, and archiving practices.
• Support project setup activities, including sheet set creation, reference file management, and folder configuration.
• Serve as CAD helpdesk contact; troubleshoot application errors, file issues, and performance problems.
• Track CAD support requests; document and resolve in a timely manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with IT on workstation configurations, CAD deployments, and hardware support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
