Hanson Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Deputy CAD Administrator to manage CAD standards and support the design teams across projects. You will help maintain consistent practices, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate tools and workflows to ensure scalable, reliable CAD environments.

Position supports hybrid or remote work with opportunities to work across multiple offices. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years CAD experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CAD, Engineering Technology, Drafting or related field (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years CAD experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenX products and/or ProjectWise; AutoCAD/Civil3D/Revit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and best practices.
• Provide day-to-day CAD user support for troubleshooting and plotting issues.
• Assist with CAD workflows, file management, and project setup.
• Coordinate software installations, updates, and license management.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve CAD-related challenges and improve efficiency.
