Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Facilities Space Planner to optimize office space utilization and align layouts with operational needs. The role involves creating floor plans, coordinating relocations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient and functional space allocations.

You will analyze space requirements, develop plans to maximize efficiency, and maintain accurate records of space plans and changes.

Qualifications

Minimum Required: Associate's degree or combination of education and work experience.
Minimum Required: 2+ years of related experience and working with CAD Software.

Responsibilities

Create floor plans, layouts, and schematics using CAD software to visualize and document space configurations.
Analyze space requirements and optimize utilization to support departments.
Coordinate office relocations and collaborate with stakeholders to meet spatial objectives.
Select and recommend furniture and equipment aligned with aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
Ensure office layout complies with codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain budgets for space planning projects and seek cost-effective solutions.
Incorporate sustainable design principles where feasible.
Keep records of space plans and updates for future renovations.
Stay current with industry trends in office design and space optimization.
Identify and resolve space-related issues and adapt plans to evolving needs.
