AMS Workplace Technology seeks a Facility Space Planner to manage the planning and coordination of workspace, occupancy, and employee moves within corporate facilities. You will work with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to minimize business disruption while executing workplace changes.

Key tasks include maintaining floor plans and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM, developing space plans, coordinating MACs, and supporting space utilization.

Qualificações

• Experience in corporate occupancy space planning and facilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD; IWMS/CAFM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate floor plans, seating assignments, and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Develop space plans and move scenarios; coordinate MACs.
• Support space utilization and occupancy analysis; coordinate furniture, technology, and vendor requirements.
• Serve as a primary contact for workplace requests; ensure spaces are planned and documented for employee use.
