Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Space & Workplace Experience Planner to optimize national facilities across multiple sites. You will lead space planning, design, and real estate initiatives to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities planning, expertise with IWMS and space planning tools, and collaboration with HR, IT, Security, and Real Estate teams. Occasional travel and flexibility to accommodate business needs are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities planning, space optimization, workplace strategy, or related PM roles.
• Proficiency with space planning and workplace management tools such as OfficeSpace, Serraview, FM:Systems, AutoCAD, or other IWMS.
• Experience supporting hybrid workplace models and/or managing space planning initiatives across multiple locations or a distributed portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout and occupancy improvements to optimize workspace efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and update master space plans for existing and planned locations across the portfolio.
• Support long-term strategic planning through scenario modeling for headcount growth and capacity needs.
• Analyze capacity and utilization data to inform real estate strategies and space optimization.
• Coordinate and manage small to mid-sized facility projects, including reconfigurations and relocations.
• Track project milestones, vendor performance, and costs; maintain dashboards for executive updates.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities to ensure seamless execution.
