Apex Companies is seeking a CAD/GIS Technician to support municipal infrastructure design projects in Florida. You will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D, collaborating with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate design documents and compliant drawings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with water, wastewater, site utilities, or structural layouts, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication

Qualifications

5+ years experience with municipal infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drafting and modeling 2D/3D drawings using Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with standards and regulations.
Maintain organized project files and document packages.
Support data collection and field measurements.
