Apex Companies is seeking a Sr CAD/GIS Technician to support municipal infrastructure designs, including water and wastewater systems, site utilities, and structural layouts. You will create precise 2D/3D drawings and collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in municipal projects, strong Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D skills, and an AS Drafting or related degree. Opportunities for growth, benefits, and bonuses are offered by the firm.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with municipal infrastructure projects (water/wastewater, site utilities, structural layouts).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software.
• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.

Mansioni

• Drafting & Modeling: Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar design software.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate design documents.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all drawings and models comply with industry standards, municipal specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & File Management: Maintain organized project files, revise drawings as needed, and assist in preparing documentation packages for client and regulatory approvals.
• Technical Support: Assist with data collection, field measurements, and design modifications to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
