Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician to join our team. This role will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.

The position requires experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a growth-oriented environment. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement documents.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for production.
• Manage multiple tasks and coordinate with field crews and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and boundary analysis.
• Process raw field data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Perform QA/QC checks and coordinate with field crews and other staff.
• Ensure adherence to company values and practices.
